Returns & Exchanges

If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days. Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with original tags.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account or use the guest portal to initiate a return request and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the boots back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Amsterdam warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
